Our menu celebrates the seasons with locally sourced ingredients prepared daily in-house.

From fresh North Carolina seafood to Western North Carolina bison and locally grown Banner Elk collard greens, each ingredient is thoughtfully selected and handcrafted to delight the senses. In our kitchen, we proudly partner with regional farms and growers like Trosly Farms, Lively Up Farms, Heritage Farms, Goodnight Brothers Ham, and Lusty Monk Mustard ensuring every plate and every glass reflects our commitment to local flavor, exceptional quality, and true seasonality.

Alongside classic pours and craft cocktails, we serve fourteen wines by the glass from our antique cruvinet system. We offer a zero proof menu, including alcohol-free THC-infused beverages, giving guests a full spectrum of ways to sip and unwind. Our bar proudly supports local producers, featuring beers from Booneshine, Highland Brewing, and Goose & Monkey, as well as innovative beverages from Levity and High Rise Beverage.
